Listing title worksheet
Draft from details you have verified in your own property records. For every title claim, note the source and when you checked it. Research about other listings or assumptions about guests do not verify a fact about your property.

1. Pull a few useful details from your records
Choose details that are specific and useful to a guest deciding whether this property fits. Leave out anything you cannot confirm.
| Verified property detail | Your record / source and where to check it | Date checked |
|---|---|---|
2. Draft a clear, restrained title
Lead with the most useful verified detail. Add only a second detail if the title stays easy to scan; do not try to fit every feature into one line.

3. Check every word before you publish
- Each property, location, capacity, amenity, and access claim matches a current record you checked above.
- Distance, privacy, availability, and other implied promises are confirmed in your own records, not assumed.
- Remove unsupported or exaggerated language such as “best,” “perfect,” “steps from,” or “luxury” when your records do not substantiate it.
- The title is readable and accurate, and it fits the platform’s current title limit.
If you cannot point to a property record for a claim, leave it out or verify it before publishing.
