Listing copy final-review checklist

Use after drafting, immediately before publishing. Read the finished copy and check each item.

• Readable at a glance

  Read it aloud once. Are sentences clear, paragraphs easy to scan, and important details easy to find?

• Terminology is consistent

  Use the same names for rooms, amenities, policies, locations, and access details throughout.

• No leftover placeholders

  Remove bracketed prompts, sample text, TODOs, notes to self, and unused sections.

• Promises are supported

  Check claims about features, access, location, availability, or the guest experience against the facts already available. Revise or remove anything they do not support.

If any check is not met, revise that passage and review it again before publishing.
